A Declaration of Digital Rights
We, the citizens of the Internet and World Wide Web, declare that as human beings, phreaks, and Hackers, we have certain inalienable rights, which no governing body anywhere should deprive us of. The following is a compiled list of some, but not all, of these rights.
Right 1: A Right to Freedom from Censorship
All people have a right of freedom from censorship, censorship erected by any Governing body, whether it be a State, a Nation, or a SupraNational Government, like the United Nations or League of Rome. They have a right to free press, free speech, and the right to peacfully protest, even if that be a protest using digital arms.
Right 2: A Right to Bear Digital Arms
All people have a right to bear digital arms, of all kinds, for all purposes, with the exception of theft. Examples of Digital Arms would be Metaploit, the Low Orbit Ion Cannon, the High Orbit Ion Cannon, and Live Discs.
Right 3: A Right to Freedom from Domesticated or Foreign Spying
All people have the right to freedom from being spyed on using available technology. This includes Drones, tapping Computers or Phones without a warrent from a judge, and the monitoring of E-mails.
Right 4: A Right to Non-Self-Incrimination Through Technology
All people have a right to technology not being used to incriminate them in any court of law.
Right 5: A Right from Unreasonable Searches and Siezure
All people have the right from unreasonable searches and siezures. No body or individual has the right to sieze the hardware of any other body or individual.
