Anonymous, we have officially been mock-absorbed into America's culture. All our efforts have been dampened and the prevailing image is that we are a group of leftist hackers for justice. New users have taken this idea and run with it. Now we must face the reality that this is what we have become. This can no longer be tolerated and we must institute a solution.
Continued attempts to define and redefine Anonymous have only added to the confusion. Cancer has begun to grow because lulz are easy to get from Anons who take everything all too seriously. Fears of infiltration are at an all time high. Public paranoia about Anonymous is so rampant that even Stephen Colbert has begun to mock it. Only the cancer should laugh now.
The question now is not what Anonymous is or should be. The question now is what Anonymous should do to solve these increasing problems! AnonNews is working on some short-term answers to create more representative public relations, but this will only address the symptoms and not the disease.
The collective will prevail.
