its funny, the tech talk report from the Seattle Government states that the big problem with HBG was their crappy security, but it dose not state anything about the problems of disinformation. Its funny because they are reporting on how to make the network security stronger, but they leave out the part about making our human "trust, honor, wills" and all in all our compassion stronger. It would appear to me that the goal of the Seattle government, upon reading this, is to make our computers stronger, and make human weaker. they don't really say that but that's what im getting from it.

Last year the New Zealand government tried to introduce ‘section 92a’ of the Copyright amendment bill. This bill was debated out of the house as punishment for infringing on copyright was to loose access to the internet, a violation of human rights.
This year in New Zealand a massive earthquake hit, over 100 dead, the Government house went under urgency where laws did not have to be debated before being passed to spend up the recovery. Last night, the right wing Government put the copyright amendment bill though the house under urgency, with no chance of it being debated as the result of the earthquake.

Finally a Watch Dog / Attack Dog with the skill set required to expose the corruption.
